Hesh Sedaghat has extensive regional knowledge and perspective to bring to his real estate clients. There’s also his love for a good challenge — and its reward — including closing the gap between his buyers’ and sellers’ needs by achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
Hesh began his career selling single-family homes and noted his earliest experiences by assembling multiple lots for development with Great Western Properties Inc., packaging over 1,000 multifamily residential units in Hollywood, including Alta Vista Manor, a 120-unit property. He shifted his focus in the 1990s to the restaurant-hospitality industry but continued to cultivate a successful side career in real estate before turning his attention back to it full time to partner with EVE Capital.
Representing corporations, REITs, and investors looking to grow their portfolios, Hesh thrives on engaging with people and their interests and helping to make a positive impact on the communities he serves. In addition to his extensive real estate experience, Hesh draws on his electrical engineering degree and economics-finance education to approach each project’s development through a creative, thoughtful lens. Some of Hesh’s notable achievements include the sale of the regional shopping center Mountain Gate Plaza in Simi Valley and the land to build the Trident Center on Olympic Boulevard.
Hesh dedicates much of his downtime to reading and learning new things. He also loves traveling, especially visiting his grandchildren, who live in a suburb of Washington, D.C.
